30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

Before sending any item back, email support@alkoocase.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be identifiable or accepted.

Return shipping

For returns that are not related to a product defect, damage in transit, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is defective, arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact us with photos. We will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are not refundable for non-quality-related returns.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, generally within 12 hours. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after fulfillment has begun.
